All our products are made only with fresh and freshly picked vegetables and, where necessary, with apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and top quality ingredients that enhance the flavour without covering it.
Starters
DELIZIA DELL'ORTO: our traditional starter of Piedmont, with vegetables in tomato sauce. Enjoy it alone or enriched with tuna and hard-boiled eggs. Also taste our DELIZIA CON TONNO and our ANTIPASTO CONTADINO.
The sweet and sour GIARDINIERA: it is a mixture of lightly sweet and sour vegetables, excellent with cold meat and steamed fish, ideal for rice salads and Russian salads.
PEPERONI CON ACCIUGHE: peppers in extra virgin olive oil, coloured with parsley and flavoured with anchovies. Delicious when served slightly warm.
ZUCCHINI CON PEPERONCINO: rich zucchini “sticks” flavoured with chilli and the aroma of rosemary. Excellent for an aperitif with friends or as a cheerful starter.
BAGNA CAUDA: famous sauce of the tradition of Piedmont, ideal for all types of vegetables, both cooked and raw. Typically served with baked peppers.

BAGNETTO VERDE, a traditional sauce of Piedmont, where parsley is combined with anchovies and garlic. Ideal with the BAGNETTO ROSSO sauce to taste the typical boiled meat of Piedmont, the anchovies of the Maira Valley and hard-boiled eggs
BAGNETTO ROSSO, a slightly spicy sauce typical of Piedmont with tomatoes, peppers and herbs. Excellent with omelettes, anchovies of the Maira Valley and the boiled meat of Piedmont.
SPICY PEAR SAUCE WITH MUSTARD, ideal with aged cheeses, but also with boiled and smoked meat.

Our GRANSAPORE
Our GRANSAPORE is the result of the combination of different vegetables, including tomatoes, onions, carrots, and herbs: basil, parsley and other garden flavours.
As soon as they are picked they are washed and dried, chopped and seasoned with sea salt and immediately put into jars. The right amount of salt guarantees the preservation of the product by acting as a natural supplement and preservative.
Our GRANSAPORE adds flavour to all your soups, meat, fish and vegetables and replaces the conventional seasoning and salting.
